Over the years, Marylynne participated in multiple seminars, workshops, and organizations. She was a Math-Science Fellow at Brown University, a Missouri Community College Association board member, and co-director of the Missouri Great Teachers Seminar.
Marylynne recently created Mood Doodles, a series of adult coloring books and workbooks. The Mood Doodles books are a backwards-style of coloring where colorful, abstract designs are provided for carefree doodling. These books are designed to help those who need an easy, undemanding method of stress relief.
Marylynne still resides in Springfield, Missouri. She lives with her sister, Stephanie, who is a couples and family therapist. They share their home with a precocious Siamese cat named Jasmine.
